Dear guests,
In order that you may spend a wonderful holiday in the sight of Lake Garda, we invite you to read the following information.
Check-in: starting from 2 pm.
Check-out: by 10.30 am.
Dogs
Your four legged friends are welcome at Villa Sostaga. To greet them, they will find our much-loved couple of English bulldogs: Rocco and Gina.
For a question of hygiene and in respect towards other guests, we ask you to respect the following rules: in the restaurant area, all dogs are welcome in the Liberty room of the Villa but are not allowed on the veranda. Furthermore, they are not allowed access to the pool area but an adjacent dedicated area is available.
To cover extra cleaning services, the cost of the stay for each dog is € 15.00 per night, excluding food.
Cancellation conditions
Low season
For cancellations communicated up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date, no penalty will be charged. After this deadline, for cancellations not communicated or in case of no-shows, the penalty is 100% of the holiday cost.
Mid and High season
The booking may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the arrival date without any penalty charge.
For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, for cancellations not communicated or in case of no-shows, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
